So many talented and brave children got up and shared at our special assembly the other day. The whip cracking, ballet, jazz and irish dancing, comedy, skipping, boys who wrote their own song and many many more items entertained us. We all enjoyed the event! We all moved through 5 groups with different teachers who helped us learn more (in a fun way) about OLLIE THE OWL and how we can be Great Ollie's Students! Raps and songs and experiences we will never forget! Pastoral Care Day was a great success.... read more» On Friday yr 4R spent some time cleaning up our school after lunch as a task to help make our school and world a better place for everyone. They collected three bags of garbage from the gardens around the school. It would be great if we all watched out for the environment and put our rubbish in the correct place so it does not go into the drains and out to sea and hurt the animals. Well done!! the children wore an item of green, socks, ribbons, t-shirt and gave a gold coin donation on the large shamrock in the middle of the assembly area. Some who wore orange for the day against bullying. Year 4R danced with some classes to the irish music and counted up the donations.
